I'm so delighted to purchase the Florentines Blanket pattern! I absolutely lovely your podcasts, patterns, and the wonderful colours you work with. As an expat living in the U.S. I just love listening to you chatting away! I've made TWO of your Battenburg blankets .... both large, but the second one VERY large at nearly 2,000 squares! I guess you could say, I'm a fan! I just wish getting the hand-dyed 4-ply minis was easier! Nevertheless, I love, love all your work! Thank you!
How perfect! At the very moment you were posting this, I was saying to my crochet group that I needed a way to use up all of the fingering weight yarn that I have purchased. My enthusiasm exceeds my ability to use it. I will definitely be considering this gorgeous pattern, even though I'm not really a motif person or a blanket person. I think I could make an exception for this design.
